Is the 6-week trial free?

No, this is a paid experience.

We want to ensure you get to sample the very best of what we have to offer in your 6-week HOF Experience, including our world-class facilities, equipment, coaches and community.

A paid trial allows us to weed out the tyre-kickers and freebie-seekers (who probably wouldn't use the trial anyway!) and ensure we can deliver the highest level of service to you from Day One.

What if I am a complete beginner?

Perfect for us! We absolutely love being able to support and welcome new members into our community, no matter what level or experience you have. You may have not been keen on sports at school, or maybe you’ve taken up fitness later in life?

Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you.

We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

Is the 6-week trial membership right for me?

If you're someone who's committed to improving their health, fitness and wants expert guidance - there's a good chance it's for you! Book a call with our team and we can walk you through it.

However, if you're looking for a quick fix, or a crash diet - this isn't for you. Sustainable, long-term results come from a sustainable, long-term approach.

What if I have aches, pains or injuries?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs.

We’re not physiotherapists, but the team is highly experienced in creating programmes that work with, and ultimately improve, a wide range of conditions.

How long will this offer be available?

Right now this is an offer we are running and our is team is still available to help our new members that are joining. When we hit capacity of how many people we can help, we'll close the doors on this offer.

How quickly will I see results?

This is hard to say! In general we typically advise that you'll feel results first, in how your clothes fit, in your confidence and strength. Normally you'll feel the changes in the first 14 days and start to see noticeable results not long after.

What if I need to miss days during the six-week foundation program?

Don’t worry. If something comes up that causes you to miss a few days, let us know and we'll happily extend the trial period.

Where is the gym located?

Our world-class gym is located at 32 Featherstone Street, EC1Y 8AE, just a 1-minute walk from Old Street Station.

What time are the sessions?

With a schedule of over 40+ weekly sessions, we have small group personal sessions running every hour to ensure you have the flexibility to pick and choose the days/ time that work best for you on a daily/weekly basis.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, s

Our sessions start at 6.15am Monday- Friday and are on the hour till 2pm.

Evening sessions start at 5.30pm and run till 8.30pm Mon - Thurs.

Sat/ Sun we have sessions from 9am-12pm

What happens after the six-week foundation program?

After successfully completing your 6-week foundation programme, you’ll have the opportunity to continue your new found momentum and motivation, and become a fully-fledged member of the HOF community.

We’re always happy to see our community go from strength to strength (quite literally!). and would love you to join us.
